Many of our products are handmade, made-to-order, or produced in limited quantities. Because of this, please allow up to 2 weeks (14 business days) for your order to be created, processed, and prepared for shipment.
 

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within up to 14 business days.

• Custom, laser-engraved, and limited-edition products may require the full processing period.

• You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
   

Shipping Time

• After processing, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

• Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Artwork, Mirrors & Fragile Items

• Framed artwork, mirrors, and other delicate items are carefully packaged for protection during transit.

• Due to their size and packaging requirements, these items may take additional time to ship.
   

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Crumplane is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
